When you receive a candidate’s information from us via your unique webpage, we ask that you contact the candidate for a 2nd round interview. In this interview, it is important that you ask questions that will gauge how well that person will fit into your organization specifically. This is also a great time to walk them through some of the responsibilities of the VISTA at your site specifically. This is the final interview before you send us your list of candidate rankings, so take as much time as you need during the interview to get to know the candidate.
If you have conducted any first-round interviews with local candidates, please send a “Candidate Evaluation Sheet” to us, and we will conduct a second-round interview (mostly to ensure everything checks out with the candidate from a logistical standpoint).
Your candidate ranking sheet is due back to us at MNA be June 1st. Please be sure to have it submitted to us on or before this date.
